◆整機(jī)懸臂式設(shè)計(jì)將加工區(qū)與動力傳動區(qū)*隔離且外形整潔，拆裝清洗簡便，實(shí)現(xiàn)了從粉體到顆粒的潔凈密閉式生產(chǎn)。

◆操作屏采用304不銹鋼材質(zhì)制作，密封性好，可有效防塵、防濺，設(shè)計(jì)有脫氣壓力顯示及調(diào)節(jié)功能，另外還有鑰匙開關(guān)、急停等功能，設(shè)備各運(yùn)行參數(shù)、緊急停機(jī)及切斷電源時均可通過觸摸屏即時操作。

◆所有與藥物接觸部分（工作腔）密閉獨(dú)立，密封均采用雙級以上組合密封，且密封符合FAD要求，旋轉(zhuǎn)軸采用漏軸式結(jié)構(gòu)，將傳動區(qū)與制粒區(qū)嚴(yán)格分開，避免了傳動區(qū)內(nèi)潤滑油泄露進(jìn)制粒區(qū)的情況。

◆制粒系統(tǒng)安裝有多處傳感器及儀表，用于實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的自動化運(yùn)行，其安裝與設(shè)備內(nèi)部且采用不銹鋼材質(zhì)或其表面進(jìn)行防腐處理，符合GMP要求。

◆設(shè)備最小投料量100g，既可用于研發(fā)，亦可用于中試生產(chǎn)。

◆All parts in contact with the medicine (working cavity) are airtight and independent. The seals are combined with two or more stages, and the seals meet the FAD requirements. The rotating shaft adopts a leaky shaft structure, which strictly separates the transmission area from the granulation area and avoids the transmission area. Lubricating oil leaked inside the grain area.

◆The granulation system is equipped with multiple sensors and instruments to realize the automatic operation of the system. The installation and the inside of the equipment are made of stainless steel or its surface for anti-corrosion treatment, which meets the requirements of GMP.
